Host payouts (Stripe Connect)

Connect a host Stripe account for shop and charity sales. Separate from personal Earnings.

Host payouts are not personal Earnings. Business funds from shop and charity sales go to the host Stripe account, not your personal profile. Creator rewards: Earnings & Payouts.

Open Manage payouts

  • Host Settings → Manage payouts (Stripe Connect status and payout setup)
  • Arm Reports may also link to Manage payouts
  • Aggregate hub titled Payouts for hosts you manage

Status

Statuses include Not connected, Setup in progress, Ready for payouts, and Status unavailable.

Connect and manage

  • Connect organization payouts or Connect community payouts
  • Continue Stripe setup if onboarding is incomplete
  • Refresh payout status
  • Manage Stripe account - Express dashboard for bank and legal details
  • Use my existing Stripe account → Choose a Stripe account → Link account (shared Connect)
  • Start over - confirm Start over with a new Stripe account? (new Connect, re-KYC, can pause live arms)

You may see identity review copy such as Identity under review / Pending identity during Stripe KYC. Country and currency can lock after onboarding starts.

Holds and go-live

Messages can include Payouts are on hold or paused sales. A store or charity usually cannot go live until Connect is complete.

Community note: shop sales settle to the community Stripe account. Organization-owned causes settle to that organization.
