Present a digital membership card, enable ID cards for a host, and scan QR codes as staff.
ID Cards are digital membership proof. Open Profile → ID Cards (Pick a card to present.). This is separate from Planner and from peer Listings.
App bar: ID Cards. Empty: Join an organization or community to get an ID card. with shortcuts to Organizations and Communities.
Each row shows the host name and your role (member, moderator, admin, or owner). Tap a card to present it.
Hint: Show this screen to staff. The QR refreshes on a timer. If the card fails: This card is no longer valid.
Organization or community editors can turn on Enable ID cards in host edit settings: Members get a digital ID they can present as proof of membership. Logo helper: Shown on ID cards. Use a square image.
Merchant Settings → Eligible memberships: Choose whose members this shop accepts as proof. Page: Eligible organizations. Add or remove organizations and communities whose members can prove membership at POS.
On a host page you staff, use Scan ID. Scan UI: Point at the member QR. Results: Pass / Fail / No match, with Verified member. or Checked in. Manual check: Username / Check.
